Coffee Collective yesterday opened their new location on Godthåbsvej in a beatifully renovated factory building. After first hearing the rumour in May, we are excited about the new location as it is a convenient stroll up the street from home (and great coffee of course).

This is where most of my monthly coffee budget goes, to The Coffee Collective. They opened a location in Copenhagen's new market, Torvehallerne, where they have a one of a kind espresso machine from Kees van der Westen called 'Spirit'. But, I still prefer their cozier location on Jægersborggade.
